If you fail the NCLEX-RN® we will extend your P.A.S.S.TM online test access for the same amount of time as your original online test access, and we will continue to extend it up to 2 months after your original NCLEX-RN® test date (applicable to students testing in the U.S).

You will need to mail us a copy of your failure notice, test date, and Candidate Performance Report each time that you take the NCLEX-RN®, along with your user name before we can extend your account for you*. Please also send us your phone number so we can give you extra help over the phone.
