You need to sign up for an account before you can access testing. You only paid for it with the front office you still need to set up an account before you can start. The access code that was given to you by the front office will allow you to sign up on our site and by-pass the payment system when you complete and submit the form. You will NOT be charged even though there is a payment option selected, the code will by-pass this option for you. The reason you need to do this is because you will need to select a user name and password that our office will not have access to for security reasons, only you can choose these.
First go here and select the product that you paid for.
Use the coupon code that was given to you at the bottom of the page where is says
"Enter coupon code"
You will then be taken to your account page after you click the
"Continue" button
